Inclusivity in Medical Education

There has been a radical change in medical education over the past 50 years. Dr. SHaw is exploring how far inclusivity has come since the 1970s, when disability was automatically an exclusion for nursing or medical school, to the position today where surgeons with physical mobility disabilities operate and participate fully as surgeons. This study will be in the form of a scoping review initially.
